Terrax had the power cosmic, Sentry made him look like a child.

Sentry has tied with Surfers master, Surfer himself is no problem.

Surfer can beat Terrax no doubt about it... But he wouldn't crush Terraxes axe and take his hits with the total ease Sentry did... Sentry OWNED him in a way Surfer never could.

But you're right to a certain extent though.

The Sufer from Exiles 87 would kill both Sentry and Superman, if you recall, Glads best attack was shrugged off without any effort at all. In my opinion Gladiator would own Terrax. This fight would end with both being ripped in half. Just remember the Surfer from that dimension was not on the same level as the regular Surfer, he seemed more like a duplicate of Tyrant. I could be wrong but I was under the impression that he was nearly the most powerful guy in that universe.
