Well, I don't know if the dog should be killed, but if I were that mom I'd give it away, but I'm sure no one would want it so it'd just be put down after being at the pound for too long.

I don't really have an opinion to whether pit bulls should be banned or not, I don't think this was an act of pitbull behavior, I think this was an act of male dog behavior.

As sick as this is, the dog probably didn't realize the magnitude of what it did. It was probably comparable to stealing food off of the dinner table (to the dog) and thus not a huge deal, plus, he was hormone driven. The dog should be neutered and sold. No other emasure is neccesary

This story is filled with irony, as just this week, a football player had done some pretty awful things to his dog(s), so I wonder if this story surfaced to cause animal lovers to decide which they would serve, humans or animals, as I heard this before from those who argue either side. I hate ironic stories like this; it's great for philosophy but sucks in real life.

This is a quandary.

If a person states something negative about pit bulls, they argue for the football player as being not such a bad guy, as the pit bulls are inherently bad or something.


If a person doesn't state anything bad at all, they seem to be promoting bestiality.

This entire argument sucks!

And I send my best wishes to the family in that situation.
