Kyle/Parallax
Sinestro
Superboy Prime (w/AM suit, no ring)
Cyborg SM
Arkillo (said to be equivalent to Kilowog)

vs.

the heralds of Galactus:

Destroyer w/Odinsword (animated by souls of Terrax, Firelord,Red Shift)
Fallen 1
Silver Surfer
Morg (w/fountain water power)
Stardust

These are just the heralds, no AM or Galactus in this fight. So who wins?
