Ok, so, for this one, Black Manhunter is Black Adam who has lived his entire life with J'onn's power set in replacement of his own.

Who wins?

Also, they're both at WW3-level-anger.

Jonn.If i need to i can show that BA overwhelming Jonn with Despair was Pis,i can show him holding and blasting Jonn was Pis,and i can show that him not faling to Jonns TP was Pis.

Plus if this is BA(who weilds power FAR more efficiently then Jonn) i'd give the Black manhunter the nod.
