I would say take the annihilation 6 incident galactus being extremely low on energy maybe 5% and then go all the way to 90% maybe sounds stupid but that the way I'm trying to gauge these settings like 90 ore 80% of his full capacity.

Anyway leaning slightly towards Galactus here not much but believe he would take it.

I assume 100% meaqns "Just Ate" so this is like a few days after he last ate.

This would be accurate. Since we've never seen him act his "full potential" then lets go with 90% of his most powerful appearance.

Can anyone define or state when or against whom that might of been?
