Ult Captain America Versus Krauser

Two American wackjobs, both intent on killing each other.

Location : White House (including the gardens)

Stipulations : 30 Minutes Prep , each is fully equipped*, no CIS, no PIS , Krauser can only use his arm once every 45 seconds.

[*]Krauser - His bow (100 arrows , 50 explosive tipped , 50 normal) , a fully upgraded TMP with 3 full boxes (so 300 rounds) , 3 grenades (Incendiary , Frag and Flash) and his knife
