That used to be me. You just have to fake it until it becomes natural. One day at work I walked out of the changeroom in nothing but my boxers in front of 2 other girls. I dunno why, just for a laugh. After that its kinda like...'well if I can do that, what else is there to be scared of?'. If you pretend you're the loudest and proudest in a room, no one will know any different.

I'd like to gain 20lbs! I gained 1 and a half and then lost 2! So ideally from 68lbs to 88lbs.

I'm pleased with everything except my looks.

I am very satisfied with my body...I would remove all the moles I have...I like perfect unblemished skin.

I would also add 4 inches to my height so that I would be 6'2". I would change the fact that I forget so much.

These are all really small things that I don't really care about...I am fine, really, the way I am now.

Maybe to be 8 feet tall and weigh 800 lbs of raw solid muscle... (The Jaggernaut, basically.)

6'1 here. I love being tall.

I'm 5'3 and it's pretty good from here, just 20lbs on and it'd be verging on hot.

cool. Except you do know muscle weighs more than fat, so working out too much will make you fit but also heavy.
