The gov't wants to send the best to take out bourne and the transporter...so, they send in Bullseye. Can Bullseye win...or will Bourne and the Transporter prevail?

Bullseye in straight combat but Bourne may take it through some other way like sniping or bombs or something. Transporter is a non factor.

Why is he a non factor? I hadn't seen the second film yet, but he was pretty tough in the first film.

I say Matt Damon and Jason Statham beats Colin Farrell. Sure Bullseye "never misses", but that doesn't mean Bourne and Frank Martin can't pick up things like trash can lids and cookie sheets, and deflect whatever he throws at them. Have Bullseye ever been in any vehicle chases? Because one can simply keep Bullseye busy and the other one waste him with a vehicle. Then there's also the classic booby trap. Or they just lure him into some building and knock him out for a good few minutes. After which Bourne can just blow up the place with a magazine and toaster like he did in the 2nd film. They also have guns, they can just see who can hit the targets on bullseye's costume. If all else fails, they let Bullseye believe he killed them, after which Bullseye returns home and gets a little surprise.
