I know that they are both 'God' in their respected universes, but they are separate Gods, this puts forth the proposition that one could be more powerful than the other.

TOAA wins because TOAA has ultimate retconning abilities while the Presence is a poor representation of the Abrahamic God. TOAA=artist and writer.

TOAA retconned the Amalgam Brothers and Classic Beyonder into oblivion.

The dumbass author of the Crisis on Infinite Earths made the Spectre invision things his master (the Presence) couldn't even dream about.
