G has recently consumed a planet (meaning he's fed). This sometimes causes him to sleep as it did when he consumed the Skrull home world. While asleep Wonder Woman manages to enter his ship. Galactus awakens to find Diana has placed her lasso around him.

So what is the outcome of this? Is Diana able to control Galactus in this manner or is a fed G mor than even the lasso can control?

Swanky-Tuna
Control in what way? Mind control or just keep tied up?

Well, no man or god is supposed to be able to break the lasso's bonds, but Galactus is more than a man or a god, correct?

Couldn't Galactus just do an eye laster to basically make WW faint?

That's a bit like saying Superman is completely invulnerable or that a Green Lantern ring is the most powerful weapon in the universe. These things are very strong, but there are things more powerful. When you look at the host of beings and cosmic items out there, "unbreakable" becomes simple hyperbole.

I think it is a little different than hyperbole.

As far as I know, the lasso has never been broken, but I don't know what its record is for controlling people. I know it doesn't work well on Bizzaro but he is a lie and Deathstroke because everyone jobs to that guy. But I guess the comic reasoning was she was trying to admit something he already openly awknowledged so nothing happened.

I think it is a little different than hyperbole. No offense, but those are still only words.

Perhaps it is unbreakable for regular mortals and those kinds of gods, but when has it been used on the true Darkseid? The Spectre? How about Shazaam? Ion? The Anti-Monitor? Comparable beings?

dawsey28
They are only words, but there is a reason why those words are there.

How many of those beings you mentioned are considered Gods or mortals?

Like I said earlier, as far as this match up goes, I DO NOT think it would work on Galactus. I would think he is HIGHER than a god or mortal. WAY higher, actually.

Sundipped
Will her lasso even fit around him? Galactus's power level is too high to be affected by such.

llagrok
Has she ever used it on someone who's abstract level?

Sundipped
The most powerful being I've seen it work on was Ares.
