I personally believe he could stop Juggs.

I wouldn't count out CS.

Composite Superman had 4 times the strength of PC Superman, Validus had 12 times the strength of PC Superboy (who was only slightly weaker than PC Superman, not enough to make a noticeable difference). So Validus is about 3 times physically stronger than Composite Supes.

As for Darkseid, he has done impressive things like putting Mon-El into a coma with one punch, but no clear measure of his strength was ever given.
