Shredder vs Wolverine

Round 1 - One on one atop a roof at night.

Round 2 - Shredder has 100 foot ninjas attack before he himself attacks wolverine.

round 3 - Shredder using prep and unknown mutal enemies of wolverine, manages to drug him turning off his healing factor. and instead of using his claws, wolverine is given a samurai sword. fight takes place in the woods.

Shredder wins 2 and 3

The cartoon version of the Shredder is far superior than comic Shredder. He would would kill wolverine with one blast from the Sword of Tengu. His armor is stronger than any metal on Earth and he has over 700 years of training.
