Popeye vs The Tick

Popeye eats his spinach.

This is hard to decide. Popeye will lose if he gets hit my Tick, but if he eats Spinach and punches Tick I don't know what will happen, he has cooked live chickens with a punch, or something like that.

He has punched people to planets and back.

The question is, can Tick take a punch.

At the very least, the Tick will end up walking around with stars in his eyes like when he got punched by Superm..., excuse me, the Caped Wonder at the end of Tick #2.

If he eats spinach then thats no doubt.
