Is there such a thing as a perfect person? have you had a perfect girlfreind? or BF?

Well, that varies from person to person.

I find my boyfriend absolutely perfect, but I'm sure many others do not.

the person you'll end up could have many flaws but if your willing to overlook them or do something to change then you might have something a bit closer to your perfect.
