If Annihilus gets his cosmic rod or Q bands he wins easily.

Doom has been able to steal cosmic power before from surfer, galactus, and the uni-power. He could easily do the same to annihilus here.

seriously though, without prep it's a loss. With prep Doom wins.

He had the negative zone, because he conqured it. When they get prep, is Annihilus supposed to start with nothing and Doom with everything he's managed to obtain over the years?

If so, then he shouldn't really have any magic :/
