"You can't stop LOVE, no you can't freeze time, and you can't stop love."

Oh, and people who like country songs aren't trying to be hicks, country is country, and folks in the country of Europe, Caribbean, America, they probably have similar ideas about the slow life, preserving innocence, and ideals of justice. My gradma is Hispanic (Cuban) and LOVED country, use to play it all the time every Sunday after church. Why? B/c she's a country woman (but my mom's family wasn't farmers/land herders). And no one should think someone is strange for listening to rock or country, b/c according to AA, they say they started both rock'n'roll and country/honkey talk. If anyone finds it offensive if someone non-white likes rock or country, they would have to be pretty uneducated.

You like what you like, if you like it, if it makes sense to you.

Then you have already made a choice not to like country and is trapped in the dark smile

C. C. Cowgirl
I believe not.

A lot of my friends is that way.

They have made a choice to not like country and that is that smile

If your reason to not like it is the lyric, you have a weak argument. Country singers sing about almost anything stick out tongue

Rogue Jedi
I grew up listening to the crap, and I hate it. it all stinks.

C. C. Cowgirl
Then you are probably just tired of it stick out tongue

Because country is not bad music in general.

It is up to each individual to say, but if one thing is for certain, it is that you can not complain on the lyrics yes

Rogue Jedi
actually, I can complain on the lyrics. I just did....and I just did again. shifty

C. C. Cowgirl
