Iron Man probably wins. Cant Tony control all things mechanical now or has the Red Tornado morphed into something more in this day and age.

I'll be honest and admit that i'm not sure on either account.

Honestly, I don't know if Extremis could control Reddy. The android is very advanced tech, and an air elemental. If Iron Man can't beat him with Extremis, I'd say Reddy takes a majority.

He took down one of the better versions of Solomon Grundy with an F6 hurricane. ermmhappy

As a majority, the board does tend to underestimate/disrerard natural forces. Characters like Thor/Reddy/Superman can create some seriously tough to deal with battle conditions.
