TOAA/God made it so the IB gave birth to everything originally.

Later TOAA/God allowed the Alien Entity to fold the Omniverse to before it's creation point.

Then the Alien Entity sparked the Fires of Creation,
thus re-creating the Omniverse,
but the Alien Entity actually merged with the engines of creation,
from it's conception to it's End.
This makes the Alien Entity one with all the energy in the Marvel Universe.
