Charon took over an entire universe in 10,000 years IMO he's over them (skyfathers), one of the weakest First was nothing to him and she had the power to "shake worlds". He vomited thousands (maybe more) beings that would give any member of the First a run for his/her money. He created them and lost no power whatsoever, only madness. A telepath he created tried to read his mind and found out that it (his mind) was as vast as the universe. He also stole power from a being who arguably was more powerful than he was and added it to his own.
