it's motion sensor like...you use can use the wii remote to play golf,baseball, and with the nunchuck (an attachment) boxing.

on spiderman you use a button on the wii-mote (wii remote) to swing and one on the nunchuck.

on zelda you swing the wii-mote to slash ad the nunchuck has a control stick...

it's a lot of fun...depending on the game...

I'm a 'tard'? Look in a mirror, darling. Exactly how can someone not know anything about something that's advertised everywhere and talked about a lot? Even if you completely ignore video games entirely you would still know what it is. $250, compared to $599 for Playstation 3.

I have a Wii, bought it off of eBay because they were sold out in stores (still is in some areas), I payed $405 for mine and it was still worth the price. They just need to release some new killer games for it.

You can browse the internet on the Wii.

You can view pictures on the Wii, with the Wii you have the Virtual Console, where you can purchase and download old Nintendo, Sega, and TurboGraphx games directly to the console and play them. Old School Mario, Sonic, etc.

I suck at SSB as well but yeah, it's loads of fun.

I miss Goldeneye deathmatches. With all the cheatcodes on so you can use the paintball gun and stuff Goldeneye controls are too unresponsive now... It's quite a shame that it's deteriorated.

I'd always camp out in vents and snipe people as they ran by. Somehow no one ever managed to find the exact one I was in

I also loved filling rooms with proximity mines. And graffiti-ing my name on the walls with the paintball gun.

My friend Kim always managed to simultaneously get "most harmless" and "most deadly" because she'd always go slappers only yet always managed to kill people.

Okay, I'm going to translate this as "someone you care for might not like that you take games so seriously".

Number one, I would never ever be able to be with someone who is not as geeky as I am. This includes a love of video games. It's called having common interests with someone.

Especially considering that they "dropped" the price of the 60GB one to $500 and then discontinued production on it, and the new 80GB system which will be $600 doesn't even have backwards compatibility.

If there was anything Sony could have done to shoot themselves in the foot, it was that.

I don't allow people to play without the strap unless they are willing to pay for whatever they break.

We've had people lose their grip on the control before...usually with the strap on though. One time my uncle didn't have the strap, the control went through the air, hit the ceiling then came down on my brother's head and made him spill his drink everywhere. Good times.

The controls are nice and sturdy at least.

X-Box 360 and PS3 are a whole lot better.

PS3 sucks, only good game for PS3 is Resistance.

360 needs more variety in their games, though.

At least it's starting to get some.
