Yes he did and stalemated Odin, but Llan is so high up the food chain there has to be rules for him to exist in general. Eternity and the other law creating beings implemented the rules. Llan is a top dog himself.

So, for clarification, Llan has to wait for his opponent to attack first?
Dormammu should be able to pretty much devastate him in the initial attack.
I think I'll go with the Big D on this one, but if he can't seriously handicap Llan at the outset this could get ugly.

No, only if it the forces of light attack him first then he can begin taking over our realm. Such beings like Talisman are the key, so Llan can still attack as he shown before but can't use his full power which has yet to be revealed. In the handbooks he is basically all 7's but meh! to handbooks
