Captain America is a human with peak strength, agility, and has a nigh-indestructible shield. Dr. Doom is a genius, extremely strong, next in line to become sorcerer supreme, leader of Latveria, and more. What instance does Cap have of winning except if he has aid? None at all. I don't even see Captain America hurting him. Hell, I'd bet Captain America couldn't even touch the guy.
