Since it was agreed Feng couldn't take Ryu without his God-Fist Scrolls, could Feng take Ryu's inferior?

No Scroll powerup or Violent Ken. Just plain old Feng vs. plain old Ken.

He would kill Ryu with the Dragon Fist, undeniably. It's Evil Ryu who would likely take him down.

Well, I don't know of any feats of Ken that beats putting fists in hot coal and killing a person while busting a tree trunk in the process all in one punch.
