Would they be just like ordinary citz there or would they actually take over?

The 5th dimension imps are poweful because of 2 things

1. They know the anit-life equation
2. There Super-science that is so advance it is pretty much magic.

Both pre-ret contenders are strong but they have no way of dealing with the top dogs of the 5th dimension.

Mr.Myx is nothing compared to the awsome power they would be facing.
