When I say "liberty" people sometimes mistake it as ANARCHY, which is what this video below is mirroring...it's funny, the singer says if he doesn't pass the amendment, I'll say that he's gay , that's abusing liberty (slander, at least for that generation). The funny part of "liberals" and "liberty" is that it's often misused. If we want to save people from dying, do we have the right to ask the ones who don't care to commit suicide, just to appear more liberal or humanitarian? Liberalism is about freedom (association, speech, ect.) , but the video skit shows the abuse of speech/liberty in order to save it, it doesn't have to be a paradox, but it can be at times, depending on our mindset on an issue.

We used to have to watch those dumbass freaking Schoolhouse Rock videos in one of my History classes in Middle School, I HATED it! Everyone would sing along and I wanted to shoot them.
