Hellion, for one he has experience fighting a shapeshifter in Mercury albeit shes not as experienced as Reed.

Secondly Hellion is just more versatile and powerful.

I think of course that Telekentics have mastery over the body. For instance a t.k. could make Juggernaut remove his helmet. One could force Mr. Fantastic to do nasty molecular things to himself; putting his eyes on his feet permently and basicly giving him a second as#hole
