Lawbringer Qztr vs. Silver Surfer

QZTR- he destroys planets with ease.

He murdered Raamia, a Goddess. He flung Evinlea (who is approx. equal to Animora) around like a toy. Her plasma blasts did very little.

Speculation says that since QZTR was Charon's favorite Lawbringer, he is on par with Altwall. Altwall can definately kill the Silver Surfer.

Hence, I go with QZTR.

Hence, I'm pretty sure QZTR would even give Thanos a hard time.
