What exactly do you mean by "powerful", there are many forms of power?

Most mods do handle THEIR shit, that's the problem. That handle THEIR shit, not the forum's shit. The rules apply when they want them to, and when it's most convenient. This has slowly become painfully apparant to everyone rather than just a few people.
