I cannot BELIEVE that I'm the only person to mention Starcraft 2 or Spore.

Just because Spore looks like an AMAZING game from Wright and Starcraft 2 is, pretty much, the most anticipated game of all time.

Meh, maybe too many americans? Starcraft is one of the most popular 'pro games' around. It's a decade old and is still played by hundreds of thousands world wide.

And still sells new copies off the shelves.

Meh, maybe this forum is more centered on the console gaming than PC.

I'm looking forward ( as Lana, I dont plan on buying the games unless I see a reason too, and its worth the extra playthrough, or that its a long game, or a game that I want to take my time with)

Both are incredibly far off.

Seems most people are only mentioning games that are coming up in the next few months. Both of those games could be years away.

Starcraft two has been in development since 2003. The engine is more or less up and running, and there have even been playable demos. Blizzard has set no official release date, but said that it'll likely be out in 2008.

Coming from Blizzard that probably means 2009. Meeting dates isn't their strongpoint.

And World of Warcraft makes more money than Diablo could ever hope to.

World in Conflict ranks pretty damn high upon my list. Not only does it have really awesome mechanics for an RTS, but the whole Russia invading America stigma is just highly appealing to the likes of me.

Well i'm planning to get the new PS3 and enjoy the new games that i have been waiting for,here are some of these games that i keep checking out on Gamespot.com :
