Jaspers. 🙂
Abraxas doesn't need to actually even enter a Universe to collapse it,
just approach it.

Anyhow,I'd give Abraxas the win against 238 Jaspers, no problem.
But against 616 Jaspers?
I recently discovered that both Jaspers 238 and 616
were both more powerful than Merlyn.
Jaspers 616's durability is what sets them apart.
Imo, both Jaspers can take out Abraxas.
Abraxas is a Conceptual entity,
while both Jaspers' specialty is exactly that,
Warping Reality (Concept of anything and everything)

I'd have to disagree. In concept anyways. This isn't based on comic scans or anything, but from what I will remember reading. As far as I take it the only thing that defeated Abraxas was the ultimate nullifier aimed at multieternity... only 1 abraxas in all the multiverse... and theres 1 jasper in each... Destroying one universe couldn't put abraxas back in the hole, they had to aim the gun at all the universes... Therefore even if jasper should destroy whatever reality they were in, abraxas would just find his way into another one. having shown he can travel easily from one universe to another. I'd have to say that Abraxas's "durability" (inability to be destroyed) would slow down jasper enough so that he could finish the guy off.

The UN's nullification energies negated Abraxas' manifestation,
simultaneously the UN remade the Multiverse in order to realign it,
therefore repairing it.
But the UN can banish Abraxas without needing to erase anything else.
It's just that the instant Abraxas does manifest,
the Universes near him begin to collapse.
So Universal repairs are required,
and since Abraxas can jump from Reality to Reality,
Multiversal repairs are required.

There's no proof of that (a Jaspers in every Universe)
and even if there were,
the infinite number of other Jaspers can all be powerless,
or meaningless in comparison to thepower of 238 and 616.

But Abraxas' durability pales in comparison with Jaspers'.
Nullification doesn't work on Jaspers 616.
Nullification works on Abraxas.
And in the end, the fact is,
that Japsers has absolute control over the Concepts,
and "Destruction" is a Concept like any other.
This is also key: Jaspers >>> Omniversal power Merlyn
