I'm don't really know. I'm pretty sure that he has SOME, but I read that arc a while back so...

If not, then I definitely see time manipulation giving Keeper the edge.

Wait a second, didn't King Thor alter the 616 time line? That's actually quite a feat if you think about it because time travel normally results in an alternate time line rather than actually changing the 616 time line.
