Dr Strange vs DOV Spectre

i want to see the opinoins of unbias fans because on the marvel borad people think that strange will win the majority if he uses black/divine chaos magic and if he get help from the vinshinti. They also seems to think that the vinshinti are greater than the spectre and that in DOV spectre had trouble killing magicians and strange could have don't what the spectre did in DOV with little trouble. They don't know that the Phantom Stranger is not a magician and that the wizard Shazam, nabu, and the others the spectre kill in DoV were not magicians but the lords of order and chaos all omnipotent beings that could easily defeate strange.

The best Strange can do is derail his death...
