Metallo versus Hulk (World War Version)

In a city Metallo's power set would seem to give him the win.
In an empty arena I'd give Hulk pretty good odds.

That said, does Metallo know what he's doing?

Last I checked, Luthor altered Metallo into an artificial organic lifeform. Or is he back to metal?
