That was close range, physical, and ground moves. Toshiro controlling the weather, freeze the area(7.3 miles), or his feet, then he'll chop him up.

If I know you well, (I've known you for 2 years), you put everyone in Naruto in a higher level than Bleach as if Naruto characters were direct descendants of God or something.
