hmmm... if Captain Atom could knock him out with one hit he'd win, but Black bolt isn't exactly physically weak.... that's his only chance. Black Bolt if going all out should kill him.

BB is class 100. Forget the bios he goes toe to toe with Hulk.

Indestructible Skin. If BB did manage to crack atom's Skin, He'd die along with Cap.

Captain Atom. Anything Bolt can do, CA can do better. CA is one of the best energy absorbers in comics. He's a quantum elemental.
