I dont think hulk gets stronger from being frightened, after all, i think hes only been scared of the void correct? broke every bone in his body so to speak

I'm assuming Sinister is immortal and would just return from that. I'm also assuming that this is meant to be a to the death, in the permanent sense.

I don't think Hulk can die either, so stalemate is all that's on the cards.

Sinister actually orchestrated his "defeat" by Cyclops. He was first believed to be vulnerable to Cyclops' optic beam, but Sinister later claimed this to be a hoax, as he easily showed to withstand a blast and being hardly bothered by it....
