The only people I see that would be a threat to him is Iron Man, Sentry, Ares and Ms. Marvel.
Wonder Man USED to be a threat to him but he can no longer fly, and his strength and durability is vastly decreased.
He handed Iron Man his ass with extreme ease in Thor#3 and he wasn't even bloodlusted.
Ms. Marvel won't last a minute.
Ares is groundbased and he simply doesn't have the power to take on Thor.
Sentry is really the only one who can give him problems.
If Thor plays smart and uses his hammer to wreck havoc across the battlefield (i.e. tornados, hurricanes, etc.) he can pick them off one by one without the need for them to gang up on him.

Read Thor#3. He still has (at least some" of the Odinforce.

Plus he's been depowered. Ms. Marvel is now stronger than him and he's been knocked out with a pumpkin bomb.

I agree with draco69, Sentry is the only threat other than that the whole team is screwed. Thor has been punking ares for years even Ikaris has beaten Ares, if Thor wanted too he could absorb Sentry solar energy and Wonder Man ionic and leave them for dead.
I don't think that sentry will even matter to
Thor.

Not a match for Thor at all.
Wonderman is depowered and can't take on
Thor anyway.
Sentry couldn't lift a helicarrier. It took the
combined efforts of all three of them to slow
its descent.
