I previously held Mxy as one of the Heavyweight Kings, when it comes to the feats department. Well in the cosmic department. But looking into things, I think differently now.
One of the biggest feats in DC (Comics), the total destruction, and restoration of the DC Omniverse.
And now I am taking a look at Solar, who at 1/2 power negated absorbed the conflicting energies that warps, merges, and destroys "Valiant and Image Verse".

[1]The feat above was previously claimed to be a Multiversal feat. And Yes the Valaint Verse is a Multiverse. However at that point of time, Image was a cluster of Multiverse(s), making it Megaverse. So yeah, that feat alone is Megaversal.
[2]Image (wildstorm to be exact), has than expanded, and is now Omniversal in size. Ditto for Mxy. Back than DC had not yet expanded to Omniversal in stature. In current times, it is now common knowledge, and Mxy feat was upgraded thanks to the update.
[3]tl;dr Without update via association, both feats are Megaversals. With updates they are Omniversal feats.

My point is that in the very least they are equals. Personally I see Solar the slight superior due to consistency.
