Spiderman could win. neo is basically a brilliant programmer-geek. Parker could do what neo does and "see the code" as well.

1. Parker's spidey senses warn him not ever jack into the Matrix.
2. He murders Neo while sleeping and jacked in.
3. Morpheus and Trinity cry for 30 min before getting the hell beat out of them as well.

Spider-man FTW.

If it's Neo before he got his powers, then Spider-Man wins.

I mean, Neo's good, but he needed a subway train to get rid of that homeless-Smith.
