Depends on whether Hellion has his über boost or not.

The current one has undergone a slight boost, so he might be able to take a majority. Iron Man is much more intelligent and experienced though, that might give him the victory.

Ironman has a psionic baffler that blocks offensive TP (as in TK). But you have to put it on the base of someones neck:
