Yes, it's unbelievable because it's impossible. He's filing the suit just to demonstrate it's possible to file any suit you want (which is stupid), not to actually sue.

Plus, there was a Billy Connolly film about this sort of thing, pretty shit.

But I wouldn't want Jesus to be my attorney. He would never doing anything underhanded and at the end, he would just crucify himself.
