not really since Animated by odin the Destoyer was able to damage celestials.

they can reform, a comfort that tyrant doesen't share with them.

Probably A tie in the first one. destroyer wins the 2nd one for sure. Even a fully fed Galactus would be able to beat ALL the power of asgard in one being.

Destroyer animated by Loki is easily skyfather level and has the feats to back it up. Tyrant does NOT have the feats to put him on skyfather level.

read the book, tyrant used a plot device in tech and turned it upon a unready galactus.

A Galactus that didn't really take him serious

Full powered Galactus? There is no such thing, Galactus has no upper limit as to how powerful he can become. If Galactus devoured a universe, I am pretty sure he could wipe out Asgard. If not why is he considered to be a peers of LT, and Eternity. Why would he be essential? Asgard is not essential if it was why did it die? Tyrant would win at full power, but I am not completely convinced of him winning at his lower levels. I would say stalemate for one and a decisive win for two.

galactus was well fed and knew he was coming.
