who is the weakest person who would withstand this?

Im going to venture and say that spit probably has the impact of a high caliber sniper rifle. In that case the weakest person who could withstand itwould have to be Wolverine.

That really doesnt matter. A shotgun has a bigger exit wound diameter than a sniper rifle as well. Sniper rifle still hits with a higher velocity.
