Thought they would be a cool match up.

Super Skrull matches if not surpasses him in strength, and still has all his other powers. They are probably equals in Stamina and Durability with Ares perhaps taking a small edge.

Ares is only truly superior in battle tactics/combat fighting.

SS is too versatile he takes 9/10

Ares vs. Thing h2h would be a better fight.

Super Skrull f*cking crushes Ares.

Ares is a confirmed class 60, Super Skrull was lifting 100 tons in his FIRST appearance. Hell, he even gave Thor some real trouble on two occasions. Super Skrull 10/10

After seeing both, i'd have to say SS would be too versatile for Ares to deal with. Even though my gut reaction is to go with Ares (being the war god and all); he hasn't impressed me as of yet...What's to stop Super Skrull from encasing Ares in a bubble and flying him to deep space?

Ares with Gaunlets of Ares and Adamantium Axe would definately give SS a very tough fight.

what is the Big Axe going to do Against SS he has the durability of both Mister fantastic and Thing right? he has superior strengh and abilitys he also uses his abilits in a clever construtive way
