IMO The Authority would kick major butt.

Doctor or Jenny Quantum solos.

This one is SO not fair! The Authority wouldn't even break a sweat. Any one of them could take out the Avengers. Curb-stomp at it's HIGHEST level.

The Doctor can do ANYTHING.

Jenny Quantum can do pretty much anything.

One of them solos the entire team with a gesture, if that much.

Sentry wouldn't even matter, much less survive.
