Twist: Both are trapped in a burning 50ft Dojo and they must fight thier way down. The one who gets out first will survive, the one who's still inside will be destroyed in the final explosion. But, if they are to survive, the fight continues.

I don't think you'd want to use Devil Jin at his prime since this would be after he inherited Jinpachi's power.

But has DJ ever survived in a burning building? If so, the fight will continue.

Fire doesn't affect devils I'm pretty sure...Devil Kazuya can be lit on fire and not be affected...Devil Jin has greater durability than Heihachi I'm sure. Heihachi can't even make a dent in him. Devil Jin took Hwoarang's bike exploding in his face and was unnaffected.

So once the dojo burns down, the fight still continues.

Sam might not win after getting out the dojo with burn damage and fighting Devil Jin in and out the Dojo.
