Captain Britain for the win. Namor is formidable, but Captain Britain is ALOT more stable.

Namor.

But Captain Britain is not really as good of a fighter as Namor, I don't know how much Brian has changed over the past few years, but Namor should be able to beat him on the strength that he is a far more accomplished martial artist, with weapons and without them.
