Who is the weakest character, given the power gem and a rudimentary knowledge of it's use, that can take a majority from the current Hulk?

Sure, joe blow with MASTERY of the power gem could do it.

But I mentioned a rudimentary knowledge. Hardly enough to take out the Hulk if given to just anyone off the street.

I would assume anyone with good knowledge of pressure points.
