Angel vs. Spider-man (give it a chance!)

Fight takes place within NYC. Neither can go below roof-top levels. Who wins? Does Angel even have a chance?

Not really, Angel is a cream puff. Spidey would put him in a web and break his face. there is no way that Angel could touch Spidey with his enhanced senses. Spiderman has also been amped in power. Angel loses every time.
