Both characters are at full potential, and Hulk is a class 100 but can get stronger as the fight progresses and is savage Hulk. Drax has both his knives.

He had a pretty decent showing against Lunatik (whose above Hulk in most things) and the Blood Brothers. That and he cleared out an entire ship of Annihilation troops pretty easily :/

He has never liked Hulk and never will like Hulk. Why he even reads Hulk is beyond me, it surely isn't for enjoyment.

Someone who can speedblitz Lunatik and chop his head off in the process should be more than capable of dealing with Hulk.

Honestly though what feats does he have? Where and in what comic did Lunatik and the Hulk clash that puts him above the Jade Destroyer? Yes I like the Hulk. Even so I know when he is over matched and will readily admit it. I don't think Drax has the stones in this fight though.

Drax always had and currently does have the stones to fight Hulk. He'll probably lose this fight but Drax is fast enough, smart enough, skilled enough and maneuverable enough to make it a tough fight.

None the last time I remember them clashing the hulk killed him.
